Ensure account opening processing aligns with the Bank’s rules, SOPs, SBP regulations and KYC/AML policies without compromising agreed TATs. |
Provide quality, efficient and prompt services to stakeholders while adhering to agreed timelines. |
Lead team building, staff development and training to deliver full-range services, including account opening and MIS preparations. |
Supervise and evaluate the performance of direct subordinates and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills. |
Collaborate with all managers and teams to maintain high-quality service delivery and operational compliance. |
Assist in preparing and reviewing reports, correspondence and internal/external audit observations pertaining to the division. |
